With options ranging from single service visits to annual and bi-annual service contracts,
Our monitoring service provides an additional layer of assurance for service calls and peace of mind. Utilizing 5G cellular signal, a monitor placed within the generator enclosure maintains constant communication with Florida Power Solution’s service technicians. Even in the event of grid failure, the monitor remains operational as cell towers are equipped with backup generator power. Customers have the flexibility to select which information they wish to access at their convenience. The monitored data includes site power, utility power, current generator operation status, generator battery voltage, completion or failure of generator exercises, fault alerts, “fault cleared” notifications, low battery alerts, service reminders, and engine hours. This real-time information is accessible to both customers and technicians.
